齐鲁网·闪电新闻9月28日讯湖南71岁的茹先生流浪拾荒21年，他早年是株洲一家国企的工人，买断工龄下岗后花完补偿金，又因家庭矛盾开始流浪。茹先生一直误以为，下岗后必须自己持续缴纳社保，退休才能领养老金。直到民政部门救助时才发现，他拥有30多年工龄，每月可领近3700元养老金，社保账户累计有42万元。（潇湘晨报 常德日报）
