据新黄河，9月29日，一则“航班乘务员下跪”的帖子在社交平台传播。 帖子称，一架由合肥飞往大连的航班上，一名乘务员推餐车时碰到旅客手肘并道歉，该旅客仍表示不满，并提出“要么让我踹一脚”等要求。随后乘务员哭泣、下跪，安全员此后介入，旅客还要求乘务长和涉事乘务员下班后陪同其前往医院检查。
