10月12日，瀚蓝环境（600323.SH）公告称，因完成2026年中期利润分配（每股派发现金红利0.28元），公司发行股份及支付现金购买粤丰环保7.22%股权所涉发行股份购买资产的股份发行价格由24.58元/股调整为24.30元/股，发行数量由52,703,062股调整为53,310,340股。本次交易尚需上交所审核通过、证监会同意注册等审批程序，能否获批及获批时间存在不确定性。
