秋天海鲜肥美正当时，但这3个“搭伙”禁忌别踩，别不当回事

秋天一到，海鲜市场的热闹劲儿就上来了。螃蟹膏满黄肥，生蚝鲜嫩爆汁，虾爬子、扇贝、海螺个个肥嘟嘟的，光是想想就让人流口水。作为一枚资深海鲜爱好者，我每年秋天最期待的就是这一口鲜。但说句掏心窝子的话，海鲜虽然好吃又营养，怎么搭配、怎么吃，里面的门道真不少。秋天吃海鲜记住这3个搭配禁忌，别不当回事——这些都是我踩过坑、交过学费才搞明白的，今天全部分享给你们。

禁忌一：海鲜配柿子、葡萄、山楂这些高鞣酸水果，肠胃真的扛不住

这个禁忌我得放在第一个说，因为它太容易被忽视了。秋天正是柿子、葡萄、山楂大量上市的季节，很多人吃完了螃蟹、大虾，顺手就剥个柿子或者洗一串葡萄当饭后水果，觉得又清爽又解腻。但问题恰恰就出在这个“饭后水果”上。

海鲜里头含有非常丰富的优质蛋白质和钙质，而柿子、葡萄、石榴、山楂这些水果里含有大量的鞣酸，也就是单宁。这两样东西在胃里一碰面，鞣酸就会跟蛋白质结合，形成一种不容易消化的凝固物，直接刺激胃肠道。轻则肚子胀气、打嗝不舒服，重则腹痛、恶心、呕吐，甚至拉肚子拉到怀疑人生。有医生特别提醒，海鲜跟这类水果同吃，不但蛋白质的吸收大打折扣，对肠胃的刺激也非常明显，两者最好间隔两个小时以上再吃。

我自己就吃过这个亏。前年秋天，家里蒸了一大锅梭子蟹，吃得正欢，饭后我妈端出一盘软柿子，我连吃了两个，结果当天晚上肚子就开始闹腾，跑了三趟厕所，整个人都虚脱了。后来才知道，螃蟹本身就性寒，柿子也是寒性食物，两个寒性凑一块儿，脾胃能不抗议嘛。

不过有一点得帮柿子说句公道话，不是说所有柿子都绝对不能跟海鲜一起吃。关键看柿子的品种和成熟度——那种熟透了、甜丝丝的软柿子，鞣酸含量其实已经降到了很低的水平，偶尔吃一点问题不大。真正要避开的是那些还没熟透、吃起来涩涩的硬柿子，那种柿子单宁含量可以高达4%以上，别说配海鲜了，就是单独吃都容易伤胃。但为了稳妥起见，吃完海鲜之后，咱还是先喝杯温水，等两个小时以后再享用水果，这样最踏实。

禁忌二：海鲜配啤酒，痛风套餐不是闹着玩的

要说秋天吃海鲜最经典的搭配，很多人第一反应就是“海鲜配啤酒”，尤其是中秋家宴上，一桌子的螃蟹、虾、贝类，再来几瓶冰镇啤酒，那叫一个痛快。但这个组合，在医生眼里有个非常扎心的名字——“痛风套餐”。

道理其实不复杂。海鲜，特别是贝类、虾蟹和部分深海鱼，嘌呤含量非常高。嘌呤进入人体之后会代谢成尿酸，尿酸多了就容易在关节里析出结晶，引发痛风。而啤酒呢，它本身就含有嘌呤，酒精还会在体内产生乳酸，乳酸跟尿酸在肾脏里“抢通道”，导致尿酸排不出去。一边拼命往身体里灌尿酸原料，一边又把排泄通道堵上，尿酸水平能不飙升吗？有医生打了个很形象的比方，啤酒和海鲜同时吃，对尿酸的推升作用不是1+1=2，而是叠加放大，短时间内就能把尿酸浓度推到危险的高峰。

更别说秋天天气转凉，很多人喜欢喝冰镇啤酒，冷饮本身就会让胃肠温度降低，消化酶的活性跟着下降，海鲜里的蛋白质本来就不好消化，再被冰啤酒一激，腹痛腹泻几乎是分分钟的事。

那吃海鲜的时候喝什么好呢？我的经验是，温热的黄酒或者姜茶是最佳拍档。黄酒性温，姜茶驱寒暖胃，既能中和海鲜的寒性，又能去腥提鲜，比冰啤酒舒服太多了。尤其是蒸螃蟹的时候，切几片姜一起蒸，蘸料里再放点姜末和醋，这一套下来，寒性被压得服服帖帖，肠胃也舒坦。

禁忌三：海鲜配浓茶，结石风险悄悄找上门

这第三个禁忌可能是最容易被忽略的，因为喝茶在很多人眼里是件特别养生的事，饭后一杯茶更是很多人的习惯。但吃完海鲜马上喝浓茶，真不是个好主意。

茶叶中含有大量的鞣酸，跟前面说的柿子里的鞣酸是同一类物质。海鲜里的钙质遇到鞣酸，会结合成不溶性的钙盐，不仅影响钙的吸收，这些不溶物还容易在体内沉积，增加泌尿系统结石的风险。另外，浓茶里还有草酸，草酸跟钙结合也会形成草酸钙结石。海鲜本身嘌呤就高，尿酸结石的风险已经存在了，再叠加一个草酸钙结石的风险，这谁顶得住？

所以我的建议很简单：吃完海鲜之后，至少等一个小时再喝茶，而且尽量喝淡茶，别喝那种浓得发苦的老茶。如果实在想喝点什么，温白开水是最好的选择，既解渴又不给身体添负担。

那秋天海鲜到底怎么吃才对？
