10月14日，在江苏省镇江市中华路小学，江苏科技大学志愿者为小学生讲解玉米的功用和生长过程。当日，世界粮食日临近，江苏科技大学志愿者来到镇江市中华路小学，开展“爱惜粮食 从我做起”活动，指导小学生认识五谷杂粮，了解各种粮食作物的生产过程和用途，引导孩子们从小养成爱惜粮食、节约粮食的习惯。中国教育报-中国教育新闻网通讯员 石玉成 摄
