新型政策性金融工具是国家为支持重大战略、补充重点项目资本金而创设的金融工具，近日，全省首笔新型政策性金融工具资金正式落地吴起，5500 万元专项资金注入陕西环保集团吴起县天然气调峰储备站项目，标志着吴起县新型政策性金融工具业务实现 “零的突破”，也是政策性金融工具“当先导、补短板、逆周期”职能在延安革命老区能源基础设施领域的一次精准落地。
