10月14日，成都市公安局天府新区分局出入境管理大队办证窗口，辅警周宇正在有序为群众办理证件业务，一名男子来到窗口申请办理护照。周宇在办理业务过程中，发现该男子为网上在逃人员。发现异常后，周宇保持冷静，当即告知男子系统卡顿，随即呼叫同事到场一同复核信息。经共同核实，确认预警信息无误。
