人民财讯10月20日电，10月20日，国家发展改革委召开10月份新闻发布会。国家发展改革委国民经济综合司副司长左刚表示，今年以来，内需是拉动经济增长的主动力。按照党中央、国务院决策部署，国家发展改革委积极适应内需发展的阶段、条件、方向的变化，正在研究制定《扩大内需战略实施方案》，并将加快推动印发实施。
