10月23日，菲律宾空军两架SF-260教练机在八打雁省利巴市费尔南多空军基地附近训练时空中相撞，两机上面共有4名飞行员，不出意外可能全部死亡。菲律宾空军本来就没几架飞机，一口气损失两架，成本有点高。
