因受埃塞萨国际机场跑道施工影响，“全球最长（经停）航线”上海－布宜诺斯艾利斯航线（经停奥克兰）将在10月25日至11月11日期间暂停飞行。这条航线全长两万公里，于2025年12月开通，每周两班。
东航App显示，11月12日，该航线将恢复，经济舱票价1.8万元起，总飞行时长25小时55分。12月5日起，该航线将由每周2班增加至每周4班。
