苹果：网购于陕西洛川，去皮，切块（照顾牙齿），入碗，
馒头（迎桂馒头店买了放冰箱的）：切开，放在苹果碗上；馒头切口上洒了黑芝麻（超市买了黑芝麻，去菜市场加工铺炒磨的）（馒头已下肚了，没能参加入镜头）
普通百姓人家，简单早餐。
