One of the most influential honors in the property sector, the TITAN Property Awards was founded in 2019 by the International Awards Associate (IAA) as a sister program to the MUSE Design Awards and the NY Product Design Awards. Covering property development, architecture, interior design, landscape design and lighting design, it evaluates entries on innovation, ergonomics, living standards, originality and sustainability; with a rigorous process and no fixed quota of honors, it is widely regarded as the "Oscars of the property industry."

项目首开即创下11.6亿元热销，成为郑州高品质人居的代表样本。这不仅是对地域精神的一次当代致敬，更在喧嚣之中辟出一方可游可居的清静，让内心的宁静与生活的简单，成为每天真实可及的部分。

L&A approached the community as a complete transition — from the outside world to inner quiet, and from ceremonial grandeur to the essence of everyday life. Rooted in the cultural lineage of Zhengzhou and the Central Plains, the design reinterprets Oriental aesthetics in a contemporary language, creating a dwelling that is at once artistically refined and quietly restorative. Inspired by the Tang-dynasty scholar Lu Hong's "Ten Aspirations of the Thatched Cottage" and his verses on Mount Song, the team distilled spatial patterns and planting techniques from these classical works, turning the ancient ideal of seclusion on Mount Song into a landscape that can be touched and inhabited. The project recorded RMB 1.16 billion in sales at its first launch, setting a benchmark for high-quality living in Zhengzhou. More than a contemporary tribute to the spirit of the region, it carves out a walkable, livable retreat amid the bustle — making inner calm and a return to simplicity part of everyday life.

从仪式感的抵达，到树荫深处的私密停留，清晰的空间层级与递进的场景转换，既承载热闹相聚，也容纳安静独处。这不仅让景观超越了视觉之美，更把整座场地做成一件完整的环境艺术作品——一处随四季与社区一同生长的“活景观”，给人超越时间的归属感。

Set against the mountains, sea and tropical rainforest of Haitang Bay's core coastal resort zone, the landscape redefines a high-end lifestyle for discerning travelers who seek more than a vacation home — one in which holiday leisure, daily life and rooted local culture interweave. Guided by the theme "Weaving Dreams of Mountains and Seas, Rebirth of Li Rhyme," the design systematically integrates topography, water systems, circulation and native plant habitats, allowing a single continuous spatial narrative to unfold from the entrance to the deepest reaches of the community, so that every step feels intentional and immersive. From the ceremonial arrival to intimate, shaded retreats, a clear spatial hierarchy and progressive scene transitions accommodate both lively gathering and quiet solitude. The result goes beyond visual beauty: the entire site becomes a cohesive work of environmental art — a living landscape that evolves with the seasons and the community, offering a timeless sense of belonging.
