5月9日，山东省菏泽市民政局发布《取缔公告》（菏民取字〔2024〕01号）。公告称，“上帝的教会”未经登记，擅自以“上帝的教会”名义开展活动，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十二条；《取缔非法民间组织暂行办法》第九条之规定，本机关已于2024年5月9日对其予以取缔。
此前，该局2023年8月8日曾发布公告，依法取缔“菏泽教会（核心同工）”。
