DDR颗粒涨幅趋缓，NAND价格反弹动能不足

DRAM现货市场：

本周（7/29-8/4）DRAM现货市场整体呈现横盘整理格局。尽管4Gb DDR4、2Gb DDR3颗粒仍维持小幅上涨，但涨幅较7月下旬已有所放缓。整体而言，买卖双方对价格仍未达成共识，实际成交有限。主流颗粒（如DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s）在本周的价格涨幅为0.17%（由US$42.04上涨至US$42.11）。

NAND现货市场：

受终端消费需求疲软影响，NAND现货市场表现持续清淡。主要原因在于需求尚未全面复苏，实际成交量仍处于低位。整体而言，在缺乏广泛买盘后续支撑的情况下，这波价格反弹的后续动能仍显不足。本周（更新至8/3）512Gb TLC Wafer现货价格上涨4.55%，报价升至每颗US$20.13。
