2026年9月1日晚间，APP及网页端突发大面积服务器故障，大量用户遭遇首页、播放、搜索等核心功能全面瘫痪，页面反复提示“人太多啦，等一会儿再试试”。
截至故障发生当晚，猫耳FM官方尚未发布正式公告说明具体故障成因及完整修复时间。用户通过微博向官方账号隔空喊话催促修复。
