9月2日，永和智控（002795.SZ）公告称，公司公开挂牌转让控股子公司普乐新能源科技(泰兴)有限公司51%股权及对应债权，经多轮挂牌后，最终以0.0101万元的交易对价转让给海南智融汇科技有限公司，标的债权本金及利息合计1.69亿元。目前泰兴普乐已完成上述股权转让的工商变更登记手续。
