封面新闻记者张峥 徐瑛蔓 9月16日，平陆运河正式通航。记者了解到，运河已纳入广西水运江河海一体化智慧调度平台，实现“一次申报，江海畅行”。船舶进入运河后，都会被接入智慧大脑，在哪里停泊，航行线路都被智能管理、调度。
