建议少吃火锅，多吃八道蒸菜，比火锅健康，好吃不热气

一、白萝卜蒸羊肉

准备食材:羊肉、白萝卜、姜丝、葱段、葱花、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、羊肉清洗干净切小块，然后加入姜丝、葱段、淀粉、料酒、生抽、食盐、胡椒粉和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、把白萝卜去皮切丁，然后和腌制好的羊肉一起抓拌均匀，再铺在蒸碗底，接着铺在蒸碗上。

3、起锅烧水，接着把腌制好的白萝卜蒸羊肉上蒸锅蒸煮三十分钟。

4、然后撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

二、山药羊肚菌蒸肉丸

准备食材:山药、羊肚菌、红枣、瘦肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗好剁成肉末，然后加入淀粉、姜丝、食盐和食用油抓拌均匀上劲，再揉成肉丸备用。

2、羊肚菌提前泡发，然后和红枣一起铺在蒸碗底，接着把山药去皮切小块，也一起放入。

3、然后将肉丸铺在最上面，再加入菌菇水一起蒸煮。

4、蒸煮四十分钟左右，把山药和羊肚菌蒸熟，即可出锅开吃。

三、平菇蒸肉丸

准备食材:瘦肉、平菇、姜片、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗好剁成肉末，然后加入淀粉、菌菇粉、生抽和食用油，再抓拌均匀上劲备用。

2、清洗干净平菇，然后和姜片一起铺在蒸碗底，接着把抓拌均匀的肉馅揉成肉丸，再铺在平菇上。

3、往蒸碗加入少许的温水，把准备好的平菇蒸肉丸上蒸锅蒸煮二十分钟。

4、接着撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、蒜蓉蒸排骨

准备食材:排骨、蒜蓉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块，然后加入蒜蓉、姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、把腌制好的排骨铺在蒸碗上，再上蒸锅蒸煮四十分钟。

3、把排骨蒸熟以后，即可出锅开吃。

五、清蒸葱姜鸡

准备食材:土鸡、姜片、葱段、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、土鸡剁成小块，然后加入姜片、葱段、胡椒粉、食盐、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、把腌制好的土鸡铺在蒸盘中，再冷水上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮三十五分钟左右后，即可出锅开吃。

六、口蘑蒸肉丸

准备食材:口蘑、瘦肉、姜片、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切末，然后加入葱花、淀粉、生抽、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀上劲备用。

2、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，然后和姜片一起铺在蒸碗底，接着把肉馅揉成肉丸铺在口蘑上，再加入没过口蘑的温水。

3、把准备好的口蘑蒸肉丸上蒸锅蒸煮，蒸煮二十五分钟后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

七、南瓜蒸鸡腿肉

准备食材:南瓜、鸡腿、姜丝、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨切小块，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、料酒、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、把南瓜去皮切小块，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的鸡腿肉铺在南瓜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮三十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

八、娃娃菜蒸牛肉

准备食材:娃娃菜、牛肉、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜，然后铺在蒸碗底，接着把腌制好的牛肉铺在娃娃菜上，再上蒸锅蒸煮。

3、蒸煮二十分钟左右后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
