9月19日，受短时强降雨影响，海南省陵水黎族自治县新村镇中山路二巷因暴雨出现大面积积水内涝，多名群众受困无法自行撤离，当地消防救援部门接报后迅速出动，经过一个多小时的救援，成功将6名被困群众全部转移至安全区域。
