白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科9月21日表示，白俄罗斯目前无法向美国供应大批钾肥。同一天，美方有消息称，美国正推动从白俄罗斯“大规模”采购钾肥的协议。
白俄罗斯总统府说，卢卡申科当天与国家海关委员会官员开会时说，2026年该国钾肥已全部被“预订”，“即使想向西方市场供货，也没有库存”。（新华社）
