秋补钾，身不乏，建议初秋多吃八道补钾菜，补钾提精力

立秋过后，我们开始进入秋天的初期，初秋时节。虽然秋天已至，但是气温却一点也没有降下降，天气依旧非常地燥热难耐。所以，身处在这样气候环境下的我们，容易受到燥热天气影响，经常流汗，甚至还会大汗淋漓，汗水湿透全身。虽说流汗可以有着排毒降温的益处，但是经常流汗也会造成我们身体钾元素的流失，从而让我们产生身体疲惫无力精力差的现象，让人一整天都是无精打采的。因此，初秋时节，建议大家牢记“秋补钾，身不乏”这句老话，多吃八道补钾菜，补钾提精力，老少都适合吃。接下来，我分享一下这八道补钾菜的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、土豆豆苗肉碎汤

准备食材:土豆、豌豆苗、瘦肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、土豆去皮切小条，然后把瘦肉清洗好剁成肉碎，接着把豌豆苗清洗干净准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入肉碎煸炒，煸炒至肉碎变色后，再加入料酒和生抽提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味。

3、然后加入土豆条一起翻炒，炒香以后，再加入姜丝和适量的清水大火煮开，接着转中小火炖煮三分钟。

4、最后加入豌豆苗一起煮熟，接着加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、虫草花蒸鸡肉

准备食材:土鸡、虫草花、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、土鸡剁成小块清洗干净，然后加入姜葱淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、虫草花提前泡发清洗干净，接着和腌制好的土鸡一起抓拌均匀，再铺在蒸碗底。

3、起锅烧水，水烧开之后，把准备好的虫草花蒸鸡上蒸锅蒸煮。

4、蒸煮三十五分钟左右后，即可出锅开吃。

三、家常茄子

准备食材:茄子、青红椒、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、茄子切薄片，然后加入适量的食盐一起腌制二十分钟，再清洗一下，接着挤干水分备用。

2、挤干水分的茄子加入少许的淀粉抓拌均匀，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入茄子煸炒油煎，炒软以后，然后盛出备用。

3、切好青红椒和蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和青红椒爆香，接着倒入茄子一起翻炒。

4、最后加入食盐和生抽调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、豆腐鸡蛋炒菜碎

准备食材:豆腐、鸡蛋、火腿丁、青菜碎、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、豆腐切成小块放入大碗中，接着往里加入三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，然后把火腿丁和青菜碎准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入豆腐鸡蛋液油煎，煎至鸡蛋液完全凝固熟透以后，再盛出备用。

3、切好蒜末，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入火腿丁和青菜碎一起翻炒均匀。

4、然后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒至青菜断生，最后再倒入煎好的豆腐鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、芦笋口蘑炒虾仁

准备食材:大虾、芦笋、口蘑、蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、大虾去除虾线和虾壳清洗干净，接着加入料酒、黑胡椒碎和食盐抓拌均匀，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净芦笋切小段，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入芦笋焯熟，然后捞出沥干水分备用。

3、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的虾仁煸炒，煸炒至虾仁变色后，盛出备用。

4、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入口蘑煸炒，炒软以后，再加入芦笋和虾仁一起翻炒。

5、最后再加入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、西兰花炒口蘑

准备食材:西兰花、口蘑、蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、西兰花切小朵清洗干净，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入西兰花焯熟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，然后倒入口蘑煸炒。

3、炒软口蘑后，再倒入西兰花一起翻炒，接着加入适量的食盐、黑胡椒碎和生抽调味提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味。

4、炒至西兰花和口蘑入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

七、凉拌茄子

准备食材:茄子、蒜末、小米辣、辣椒面。

做法步骤:

1、茄子清洗干净，然后冷水上蒸锅蒸煮三十分钟蒸熟，接着盛出撕小条放入大碗中。

2、切好蒜末和小米辣，然后和辣椒面一起放入另一个碗中，接着淋入热油爆香，激发出香味，再加入生抽、蚝油、食盐和白糖一起搅拌均匀即可。

3、最后再将调好的酱汁淋入大碗中，然后和蒸好的茄子一起搅拌均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

八、凉拌空心菜

准备食材:空心菜、蒜末、小米辣、辣椒面、熟芝麻。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净空心菜，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入食用油和食盐调味提鲜，再倒入空心菜焯熟，接着捞出沥干水分，放入大碗中备用。

2、另取碗加入蒜末、小米辣、辣椒面和熟芝麻，接着淋入热油爆香，激发出香味，然后加入少许生抽、食盐、香醋和白糖一起搅拌均匀。

3、最后再将搅拌均匀的酱汁淋在空心菜上，然后和空心菜一起抓拌均匀入味，即可开吃。
