一、芋头排骨煲

准备食材:排骨、香芋、葱姜蒜、洋葱、五花肉、葱丝、红椒丝。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块清洗干净，接着加入料酒、淀粉、姜片、生抽、白糖和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、香芋去皮切小条，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入香芋油煎，煎至香芋两面金黄后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入排骨煸炒油煎，煎至排骨两面金黄后，也盛出备用。

4、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入五花肉油煎，煎出油脂后，再加入洋葱和葱姜蒜一起炒香，接着放入香芋，然后铺上排骨。

5、最后加入生抽、蚝油、黑椒酱和半碗清水一起焖煮十分钟左右，再铺上葱丝和葱丝点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、口蘑炒鸡翅

准备食材:鸡翅、口蘑、姜蒜末、葱花、黑胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、鸡翅清洗干净，然后一分为二剪开，接着加入料酒、黑胡椒粉、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的鸡翅煸炒油煎，煎至鸡翅两面金黄熟透后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末爆香，接着倒入口蘑一起翻炒，炒软以后，再加入适量的食盐和白糖调味提鲜。

4、最后再加入鸡翅一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃，接着撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、仔姜炒肉

准备食材:瘦肉、仔姜、蒜末、小米辣、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、仔姜清洗干净切薄片，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入瘦肉煸炒。

3、炒至瘦肉变色后，再加入仔姜一起翻炒均匀，接着加入少许的食盐和白糖调味提鲜。

4、最后再继续翻炒至仔姜入味，即可出锅开吃。

四、香辣鸡腿肉

准备食材:鸡腿、青红椒、洋葱碎、葱姜蒜末、黑胡椒碎、香菜碎。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨清洗干净，然后切成小块放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽、白糖、黑胡椒粉和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2、切好青红椒、洋葱碎和葱姜蒜末，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡腿肉煸炒油煎。

3、煎至鸡腿肉两面金黄后，再加入姜蒜末和洋葱碎一起翻炒，接着加入适量的食盐和白糖调味提鲜。

4、最后加入香菜碎一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、香辣牛肉

准备食材:牛肉、剁椒、葱姜蒜末、葱段、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入淀粉、生抽、黑胡椒碎、姜丝和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、准备好葱姜蒜末、剁椒和葱段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入牛肉一起翻炒，炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱姜蒜末和剁椒爆香，接着倒入牛肉和葱段一起大火翻炒。

4、接着加入蚝油、食盐和白糖调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、葱香鸡腿肉

准备食材:鸡腿、大葱、姜丝、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、鸡腿去骨和鸡皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、料酒、黑胡椒碎、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净大葱切小段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的鸡腿肉煸炒油煎。

3、煎至鸡腿肉两面金黄熟透后，再加入大葱一起翻炒，接着加入食盐、蚝油和白糖调味提鲜。

4、最后再继续翻炒至大葱断生入味，即可出锅开吃。

七、竹笋炒肉片

准备食材:竹笋、瘦肉、蒜末、小米辣、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的瘦肉切薄片，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟。

2、准备好的焯过水的竹笋，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒。

3、煸炒至瘦肉变色后，再加入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入竹笋一起翻炒均匀。

4、最后加入适量的食盐和白糖调味提鲜，接着撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

八、口磨炒鸡蛋

准备食材:鸡蛋、口蘑、葱蒜末、黑胡椒碎。

做法步骤:

1、取碗打入三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡蛋液油煎滑熟，再盛出备用。

2、清洗干净口蘑切薄片，接着把葱蒜末准备好，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱蒜末爆香。

3、接着倒入口蘑一起翻炒，炒软口蘑后，再加入少许的食盐、生抽和黑胡椒碎调味提鲜，然后加入煎好的鸡蛋一起翻炒均匀。

4、炒至鸡蛋入味以后，即可出锅开吃。
