立秋遇三伏，补水别放松，八道靓汤推荐多喝，补水解渴，润燥解腻

进入立秋时节，天气依旧燥热难耐，气温也下降的不够明显。这是由于现在仍旧处于三伏天期间，气候变换不够明显。所以，面对仍旧的天气，如果不及时补水润燥，我们就容易受到天气的影响，出现口干舌燥、头晕脑胀等现象，影响我们的身心健康。因此，立秋遇三伏，我推荐大家补水别放松，八道好喝的靓汤要多喝，补水解渴，帮助我们润燥解腻入秋天。接下来，我分享一下这八道靓汤的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、夜兰香鸡蛋瘦肉汤

准备食材:夜兰香、鸡蛋、瘦肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净夜兰香，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入提前调好的鸡蛋液油煎。

3、煎至鸡蛋液成型后，再加入姜丝和适量的清水大火煮开，接着加入瘦肉和夜兰香煮两分钟左右。

4、最后加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、丝瓜鸡蛋牛肉汤

准备食材:鸡蛋、丝瓜、牛肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的牛肉切薄片，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、丝瓜去皮切小块，然后把鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡蛋液油煎。

3、煎至鸡蛋液成型以后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后加入丝瓜一起煮两分钟煮熟。

4、最后再加入牛肉一起煮一分钟，接着适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、丝瓜鸡蛋豆腐汤

准备食材:鸡蛋、丝瓜、豆腐、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、把三个土鸡蛋打入大碗中搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡蛋液油煎，煎熟以后，再盛出切小块备用。

2、丝瓜去皮清洗干净切小块，然后把豆腐准备好，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，再加入丝瓜一起翻炒。

3、炒出香味以后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后加入豆腐和鸡蛋一起煮三分钟左右。

4、接着往里加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、冬瓜肉丸汤

准备食材:瘦肉、冬瓜、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗好剁成肉末，然后加入淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、冬瓜去皮切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入冬瓜一起翻炒。

3、炒出香味后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着转中小火炖煮五分钟左右煮熟。

4、然后把肉馅揉成肉丸放入煮两分钟，接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

五、山药牛肉汤

准备食材:山药、牛肉、两丝、香菜碎。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、食盐和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2、山药去皮切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入山药一起翻炒均匀。

3、炒出香味以后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着转中小火炖煮十分钟煮熟，然后把牛肉放入煮一分钟左右。

4、最后再往里加入适量的食盐调味，然后撒入一把香菜碎点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

六、丝瓜口蘑鸡蛋汤

准备食材:鸡蛋、丝瓜、口蘑、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、丝瓜去皮，然后和口蘑一起清洗干净，接着分别切小块和薄片准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，往里打入一个鸡蛋油煎，煎熟以后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入炖锅姜葱爆香，接着倒入丝瓜和口蘑一起翻炒，炒出香味后，再加入适量的清水大火煮开。

4、然后加入煎好的鸡蛋一起煮三分钟左右，接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、菠菜鸡蛋汤

准备食材:鸡蛋、菠菜、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净菠菜，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入菠菜焯水，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

2、取碗打入三个土鸡蛋，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡蛋液油煎滑熟，再加入适量的清水大火煮开。

3、然后加入菠菜一起煮一分钟，接着加入适量的食盐调味。

4、最后再倒入少许鸡精提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

八、冬瓜薏米老鸭汤

准备食材:老鸭、薏米、冬瓜、陈皮、姜片、葱段、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、老鸭剁成小块清洗干净，接着冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净薏米，然后炒干水分放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净陈皮，再和姜片一起放入炖锅。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，然后中小火炖煮一个小时，接着把冬瓜去皮切小块，再放入炖锅中继续炖煮。

4、继续炖煮一个小时后，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
