黑曜石娱乐确认，《天外世界2》的剧情DLC仍在正常开发中，近期将公布新消息。这款科幻RPG的后续剧情内容尚未公开具体信息，开发团队也感谢玩家耐心等待。
开发团队表示，DLC的制作仍在继续，会在不久后分享最新进展。目前，团队尚未透露扩展内容的规模、剧情设定或确切发售时间。
《天外世界2》发售后更新计划包含两个大型DLC。游戏高级版或相应季票的持有者将自动获得这两个DLC。
