何明星，男，汉族，1969年10月出生，大学学历，工学学士，中共党员。
他曾任南平市国土资源局副调研员、市土地收购储备中心主任(兼)，南平市荣华山产业组团管理委员会主任(正处长级)，南平市延平区委副书记、区长，延平区委书记等职；
2019年，任南平市副市长；
