七菜一汤别错过，营养美味搭配好，老少都爱吃

一、山药猪肚栗子汤

食材准备：猪肚、土鸡、山药、板栗、党参、桂圆、红枣、陈皮、姜片、葱葱、白胡椒粒、枸杞子。

做法流程：

1.猪肚加入适量的淀粉、食盐一起抓洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出切成小条备用。

2.土鸡剁成小块，然后准备好山药、板栗和其它全部配菜，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜葱和白胡椒粒爆香，接着倒入猪肚大火翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3.然后再加入适量的开水炖煮五分钟，接着转移到砂锅，加入土鸡、党参、红枣、桂圆、陈皮、山药和板栗一起炖煮一个小时。

4.最后撒入一把清洗干净的枸杞子，加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、麻辣鸡翅

食材准备：鸡翅、花椒、干辣椒、熟芝麻、葱段、黑胡椒碎、辣椒面、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.鸡翅剁成小块清洗干净，然后放入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、淀粉、生抽、蚝油、黑胡椒碎和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.准备蒜末、干辣椒、花椒、熟芝麻和葱段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好鸡翅油炸，炸至鸡翅两面金黄熟透后，盛出备用。

3.锅中留底油，继续加热后，放入蒜末、花椒和干辣椒爆香，接着倒入鸡翅大翻炒均匀入味，再加入适量的生抽和辣椒面调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味。

4.最后再加入熟芝麻和一把葱段继续翻炒几下炒香，即可出锅开吃。

三、虎皮鹌鹑蛋

食材准备：鹌鹑蛋、葱段、熟芝麻、葱花、可乐。

做法流程：

1.鹌鹑蛋冷水下锅煮十分钟，然后捞出过凉水泡凉，再去除蛋壳备用，接着准备好其它全部配菜。

2.热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鹌鹑蛋油煎，煎至虎皮状后，再加入葱段、食盐、生抽、蚝油和老抽调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味。

3.然后再加入没过鹌鹑蛋的可乐一起焖煮十分钟入味，接着撒入一把熟芝麻点缀，然后大火翻炒收汁。

4.最后再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、洋葱孜然牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、洋葱、蒜末、孜然粉、辣椒面、蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片，放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、蒜末、生抽、蚝油、孜然粉和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.洋葱清洗干净，然后切成小条备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.切好蒜末和小米辣，接着另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，然后倒入洋葱大火翻炒，再加入适量的食盐调味，继续翻炒至洋葱断生。

4.最再加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒，接着加入适量的白糖、孜然粉和辣椒年提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。
