10月12日，大博医疗（002901.SZ）公告称，公司于2026年10月12日召开董事会，审议通过调整回购股份方案的议案，将回购资金总额由不低于1.30亿元、不超过2.60亿元，调整为不低于1.40亿元、不超过2.80亿元，回购价格上限为49.41元/股，回购股份用于实施股权激励计划，除资金总额外其他内容不变。截至公告披露日，公司累计回购股份621.17万股，占总股本1.5003%，成交总金额2.60亿元（不含交易费用）。
