报告显示，2026年9月，公司实现签约面积87.27万平方米，同比减少22.01%；签约金额161.92亿元，同比减少21.13%。
2026年1-9月，公司实现签约面积875.53万平方米，同比减少13.35%；签约金额1812.37亿元，同比减少10.16%。
