胃口差时，六道凉拌小菜可以安排，酸爽美味，提升胃口食欲

秋天是一个干燥的季节，昼夜温差开始变大，夜晚清凉，白天燥热，空气也是干干的。所以，我们身处其中，有时候会受气候环境的影响，出现胃口食欲下降的问题，食欲不振，吃什么都打不起兴趣。因此，我今天整理了六道适合大家胃口差的时候吃的凉拌小菜，酸爽美味，提升大家胃口食欲，促进新陈代谢。接下来，我分享一下这六道凉拌小菜的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、虾皮拌豆腐

准备食材: 虾皮、豆腐、香菜、白芝麻。

做法步骤:

1、豆腐切成小块，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，加入食盐调味，再倒入豆腐焯水两分钟，接着捞出沥干水分倒入大碗中。

2、准备好虾皮，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入虾皮小火翻炒至香酥脆，接着盛出倒入碗中备用。

3、清洗干净香菜切好，也放入碗中，接着撒入白芝麻，加入适量的食盐、生抽、香醋和芝麻油。

4、最后把所有的食材一起拌均匀入味，即可开吃。

二、凉拌藕片

准备食材: 脆藕、香菜、白芝麻。

做法步骤:

1、脆藕去皮清洗干净，然后切成薄片，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，倒入藕片焯煮一分钟。

2、然后把藕片捞出过凉水泡凉，再倒入倒入大碗中备用。

3、接着把香菜清洗干净切小段，也一起放入，再往里加入白芝麻、生抽、食盐、香醋和香油。

4、最后在一起搅拌均匀入味，即可开吃。

三、香菜拌虾皮

准备食材: 虾皮、香菜、小葱。

做法步骤:

1、虾皮清洗干净，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入虾皮小火炒香，再盛出倒入大碗中。

2、清洗干净香菜和小葱，然后分别切成小段放入大碗中备用。

3、往大碗中加入黄豆酱、香醋，接着加入少许的香油。

4、然后把所有的食材一起搅拌均匀入味，即可开吃。

四、凉拌香菜青椒

准备食材: 青椒、香菜、辣椒面。

做法步骤:

1、青椒清洗干净，然后去籽切丁，接着倒入大碗中。

2、清洗干净香菜，然后也切成小段，再放入大碗中，接着往里撒入辣椒面备用。

3、热锅烧油，油热以后，把热油淋在辣椒面上爆香出味。

4、最后往里加入适量的食盐、生抽、香醋、蚝油和花椒粉，在一起搅拌均匀入味，即可开吃。

五、柠檬青瓜

准备食材: 柠檬、青瓜。

做法步骤:

1、用食盐搓洗干净青瓜，然后切成薄片放入大碗中备用。

2、接着用食盐搓洗柠檬，再挤出柠檬汁放入大碗中。

3、最后再往里加入适量的食盐、生抽、白糖调味，然后把所有的食材一起搅拌均匀入味，即可开吃。

准备食材: 平菇、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净平菇，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，倒入平菇焯煮。

2、焯煮平菇以后，再捞出沥干水分，接着倒入大碗中备用。

3、接着往大碗中加入生抽、蚝油、香醋、白糖和香油，然后撒入一把葱花。

4、最后把所有的食材一起搅拌均匀入味，即可开吃。
