当地时间11月3日，格陵兰岛自治政府议会正式批准了美国、丹麦和格陵兰岛三方于9月22日在纽约签署的安全协议。
根据安排，协议接下来还需获得丹麦议会批准。丹麦议会将于11月12日启动审议程序，预计11月19日完成。一旦格陵兰岛和丹麦两地议会均完成批准程序，并正式通知美国，协议即可生效。
