新华社布鲁塞尔11月6日电（记者张兆卿 张馨文）欧盟气候监测机构哥白尼气候变化服务局6日发布报告说，今年10月是全球有记录以来最热的10月，全球平均地表气温比工业化前水平高出1.75摄氏度。几乎可以确定2026年全球平均气温较工业化前水平升幅将超过1.5摄氏度，其概率超过99%。（完）
