无偿帮他人照看两岁幼儿，但在幼儿遭烫伤后未第一时间送医，最终幼儿经抢救无效死亡。孩子母亲马女士将照看孩子的倪某夫妇告上法院，索赔116万余元。近日，内蒙古呼和浩特市玉泉区人民法院综合该案情节，作出一审判决，判倪某夫妇赔偿15万元。
