一、孜然肉片

准备食材:瘦肉、辣椒面、孜然粉、烧烤料、蒜末、熟芝麻、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入料酒、淀粉、辣椒面、烧烤料、生抽、蚝油和食用油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入腌制好的瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至变色后，再加入孜然粉和白糖调味提鲜。

3、继续翻炒均匀入味后，再撒入一把熟芝麻和葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、腐竹皮炒肉

准备食材:瘦肉、腐竹皮、蒜末、小米辣、蒜苗。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，然后加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、老抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、腐竹皮提前泡软，然后准备好蒜末、小米辣和蒜苗碎，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至变色后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入瘦肉和腐竹皮一起翻炒。

4、接着加入食盐和蚝油调味提鲜，再淋入清水一起焖煮两分钟，然后放入蒜苗碎大火翻炒收汁，即可出锅开吃。

三、腐竹炒腊肉

准备食材:腊肉、腐竹、蒜末、老干妈、青红椒。

做法步骤:

1、腊肉冷水下锅煮十分钟，再捞出切成薄片备用，接着把腐竹提前泡软，然后切好青红椒和蒜末准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腊肉煸炒，煸炒出油脂后，再加入蒜末炒香。

3、然后加入腐竹大火翻炒均匀，接着加入生抽和白糖调味提鲜，再淋入少量的清水一起焖煮两分钟。

4、最后加入青红椒一起大火翻炒收汁，炒至青红椒断生以后，即可出锅开吃。

四、青椒炒肉

准备食材:瘦肉、青椒、姜蒜末、豆豉。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切碎，然后把青椒清洗干净切好，接着准备好姜蒜末和豆豉。

2、热锅不放油，然后倒入青椒大火翻炒，炒熟以后，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至变色后，再加入姜蒜末和豆豉爆香。

4、然后加入料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油、食盐和白糖调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味。

5、最后加入炒好的青椒一起爆炒一分钟，即可出锅开吃。

五、爆炒猪心

准备食材:猪心、芹菜、葱姜蒜末、小米辣、泡椒。

做法步骤:

1、猪心清洗干净切薄片，然后加入淀粉、料酒和食盐抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、准备好芹菜、葱姜蒜末、小米辣和泡椒，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入料酒去腥，再倒入猪心焯熟，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱姜蒜末、小米辣和泡椒爆香，接着倒入猪心和芹菜大火爆炒。

4、然后加入食盐、生抽、蚝油和白糖调味提鲜，再继续爆炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、青椒炒烤肠

准备食材:青椒、烤肠、姜蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、烤肠切成薄片备用，接着把青椒清洗切薄片，再准备好姜蒜末。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末爆香，接着倒入烤肠大火翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3、然后加入青椒一起翻炒，接着加入食盐、生抽和白糖调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味。

4、炒至青椒断生、烤肠入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

七、线椒五花肉

准备食材:线椒、五花肉、姜蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、五花肉清洗干净切薄片，然后把线椒和姜蒜末准备好。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入五花肉煸炒油煎，煸炒至五花肉焦黄后，再加入姜蒜末炒香。

3、然后放入料酒、生抽、食盐和白糖调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，接着倒入线椒一起爆炒。

4、最后放入少许的辣椒面提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

八、蒜苗炒肉

准备食材:蒜苗、瘦肉、蒜末、豆瓣酱。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的瘦肉切薄片，然后加入淀粉、料酒、生抽、老抽和蚝油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净蒜苗切小段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入瘦肉煸炒，煸炒至变色后，盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入豆瓣酱炒出红油，然后倒入瘦肉和蒜苗大火翻炒。

4、最后加入少许的白糖提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。
