清热别放松，建议八道汤别错过，清热解毒，消暑又解渴

立秋一过，我们也将迎来三伏天的末伏。虽然末伏的天气不似初伏和中伏那般的炎热，但是气温依旧很高，天气依旧会十分燥热难耐。因此，即将末伏，为了我们的身体健康，我建议大家清热别放松，八道顺应时节的汤汤水水要常喝，不仅清热解毒，而且消暑又解渴。接下来，我分享一下这八道汤的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、霸王花无花果猪骨汤

准备食材:霸王花、胡萝卜、无花果、南杏仁、蜜枣、猪骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、胡萝卜去皮切小块，然后清洗干净的霸王花、南杏仁、无花果，再和蜜枣、姜片一起放入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，再往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、莲子绿豆鸽子汤

准备食材:鸽子、绿豆、莲子、百合、无花果、陈皮、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、鸽子剁成小块清洗干净，然后和姜葱、温水一起浸泡去腥，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净绿豆、莲子、百合、无花果和陈皮，接着和姜片一起放入炖锅中，再往里加入适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

三、莲子玉竹鸽子汤

准备食材:鸽子、玉竹、莲子、无花果、陈皮、淮山、红枣、枸杞子、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、清洗干净的鸽子剁成大块清洗干净，接着加入姜葱和温水浸泡去腥，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净玉竹、莲子、无花果、陈皮和去核红枣，接着把淮山去皮清洗干净，再切成小块放入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着隔水炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，然后撒入一把枸杞子点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、苹果麦冬瘦肉汤

准备食材:苹果、莲子、麦冬、太子参、芡实、无花果、瘦肉、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、用食盐搓洗干净苹果，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净莲子、麦冬、太子参、芡实和无花果干，再倒入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水和一块姜片，再中小火炖煮两个小时。

4、最后隔水炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

五、淮山五指毛桃鸡脚汤

准备食材:五指毛桃、淮山片、赤小豆、薏米、蜜枣、鸡脚、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、鸡脚清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜葱去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、清洗干净五指毛桃、淮山片、赤小豆、薏米，然后和蜜枣、姜片一起放入炖锅中，再往里加入适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、青橄榄鲍鱼猪骨汤

准备食材:青橄榄、鲍鱼、猪骨、海底椰、石斛、姜葱。

做法步骤:

1、剁成小块的猪骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜葱和料酒去腥，焯好以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、鲍鱼刷洗干净，然后和海底椰、石斛、青橄榄一起放入炖锅中，再往里加入姜片和适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、莲藕胡萝卜猪骨汤

准备食材:莲藕、胡萝卜、花生米、陈皮、蜜枣、猪骨、姜片、葱段。

做法步骤:

1、猪骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和葱段去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、莲藕和胡萝卜去皮清洗干净，然后分别切成小块放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净花生米和陈皮，再和姜片、蜜枣一起放入，

3、往炖锅中加入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，然后往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

八、胡萝卜玉米排骨汤

准备食材:玉米、胡萝卜、淮山、排骨、姜葱。

做法步骤:

1、斩成小块的排骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，焯水以后，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2、胡萝卜和淮山去皮清洗干净，然后和玉米一起切成小块，倒入炖锅中。

3、往炖锅中加入姜片和适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，最后再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。
