经调查，行知路（府前路-五道河路）由于建设资金短缺，现处于停工状态，暂时无法确定复工日期。
目前行知路北段（府前路-三清路）已竣工通车，剩余南段（府前路-五道河路）尚未竣工，据悉南段跨河还需建设一座桥桥梁。
根据官方回复，建设资金短缺，何时复工暂时未知。
