10月12日，奥比中光-W（688322.SH）发布公告，公司收到保荐机构中金公司函件，原保荐代表人马思翀因工作变动，不再负责公司持续督导工作。中金指派谢辞接替其履职。变更完成后，持续督导保荐代表人为谢辞、彭昭朕，继续负责公司首发及2025年定增项目的督导工作，本次变动不影响持续督导开展。
